You are listed according to the number of unique hits you have sent us(you can see that number and number of unique you received from us).You will receive at list twice more(up to 10x),than you send us.We have determined this to be the fairest way to list the participating sites. If the sitessending us the most traffic were not given a prominent position then it would not beworth it for them to send us any traffic. The vast majority of the time, a popular site is a good site. Why else would it be popular? The popularsites send the network the most traffic and therefore are listed highest. There are somecases when mediocre sites do have a lot of visitors and they may not be truly listed according to their quality.
